How we collect your information
Information you provide us
According to the needs of different features, we may collect the information you provided to us, such as the name, email address and the problem description. Please make sure to close any sensitive information such as information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health information, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership of past organizations, including trade union memberships.
Information we collect automatically
When you use a mobile device to access our Application, some of the details about your device are reported, including “device identifiers”. Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device (device ID and User ID), which uniquely identify your mobile device (but not your personality). Device identifier enables generalized reporting or personalized content and ads by the third parties.
Use of your information
AmberPass uses the information that we collect from your device to display advertising on your device, which may include interest-based advertising customized to individuals’ inferred interests, preferences, locations, and to perform analysis aimed at improving our services.
The information we collect from your device also helps us provide filtering options for developers to manage ads appearing on their sites and in their apps, and to provide targeting options for advertisers. We rely on your consent to process your personal data in this way. If you do not consent, the ads you see will be less tailored to your interests. In particular, processing your data in this way helps our developers, for example, avoid presenting you ads that you have already seen, and helps our advertiser clients serve advertisements that are more likely to be of interest to you.
As for personal information collected via email, we use it to: 1) Respond to product and customer service requests, 2) Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to TAPYR, TOV. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account ID, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. For more information about phishing, visit the Federal Trade Commission’s website.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
Policy for children
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 17. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 17, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
